Buying it was smooth and shipping it was also smooth and when issue happened like a change of address they quickly helped to correct/change it the only guine thing I could "complain" about it not clear when it comes to having Bluetooth or wifi ability to connect but those are more of things the custom has to understand before agreeing or disagreeing to having it

The PC works amazing! I love it and it works extremely well. Overall it is amazing but there are a few things that were annoying to deal with in the ordering process and putting it together. Once I got my PC there weren’t really any directions so I had to figure out some things on my own. Especially when it came time to install my graphics card. But the customer service was amazing, they are really kind and helpful. Overall a great experience!

Took about 2 1/2 months to get here, which is better than expected. Easy to set up, even as a first time pc user. Speed is great and can get a solid 240 fps in game.

From the beginning the customer service was great, initially I ordered it with a keyboard as well, a few weeks in I asked if I could switch the cost of the keyboard to the rushed 2 week build, and they happily agreed to do it. Amazing customer service is great, vut it hets better. Once I got the computer it wouldn’t turn on (pc’s aren’t meant to go through shipping) so they requested to do a video chat, had me strip it fully put everything back together and boom it worked. And it works flawlessly still. Amazing pc, anazing team. And I’ll definitely be back.

Have had it s fee months now runs great rarely has problem that a pc noob like me can't figure out. All the cords are neatly established and easy to find.
Have only had a couple of issues like space( you can pay for more when buying the pc ) but for some reason my lights don't like to stay whatever color I switch them too and randomly will switch back to white so I just gave up on those.

I bought a bundle that came with a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and headphones. The mouse doesn't even connect to the PC. Next I tried everything in the internet section to try to get the wifi on on it after just using a mouse I already have. Can't even connect to the wifi. Over $2,000 wasted on something I can't even use. Highly dissatisfied.

It was alright but if I had known about driver setup I think it would have been better. Because I inadvertently switched the base OS to windows trying to get it to work, And it does now so woo hoo I guess, I think if I really wanted I could switch it back but I don't really want to test fate right now, I really wish some of this info about updating the drivers with sdi or even the disk yawl sent, was on the troubleshooting page or whatnot, and I'm not saying yawl did a bad job or anything the pc's great I probably messed something up no I know I did but if this info had been there I know I wouldn't have needed to use the tech guy so I don't know I'm not really a HR kind of dude but I've you should let people do there jobs and that was tech guys job so I guess I don't know you'll know what to do though. Thanks a bunch "epic gamer phrase here"

It was quite the experience with Apex Gaming PC's. I was very excited in the beginning because of the very decent prices. I with a bit of research I was ready to purchase the Apex Streamer PC. All was well for those first few weeks after purchase. I got a confirmation email with my receipt and a notification that it would have a 45 day wait. I understood this because of how the market was and still is for computer parts; however, 45 days turned into 4 MONTHS. The one thing I absolutely hated was the communication. After the first delay, I wouldn't get any follow up emails. This was very concerning because I just dropped almost 2k on a PC. I would call multiple times just to be put on with Nick who didn't seem to know much of anything about my computers status. I told him about how I wasn't getting emails and he said that he'd let someone know about it and get it fixed. Well, that didn't happen. Instead he said that anytime I wanted updates I should call. I think to myself, okay I guess it'll have to do. Every time I called them the delay just got longer and longer. Overall, I enjoy the PC and haven't had any problems with it yet. I would say that Apex Gaming PC's needs to stop over-promising and be realistic with their time estimates, and also reach out to their high-paying customers once in a while. If you want to read more honest reviews, you wont find them on the Apex Gaming PC's website. They will either be on the Facebook page or Google reviews. Thank you.

I bought this PC on Valentines Day and and originally had a 1660 super for the gpu. About a month into the build I was notified that my 1660 wasn't gonna be in for another 1-2 months so they gave me the option to upgrade to a 3060 and am so glad I did. It took about 2 months to get my PC, was a little frustrating but with parts availability how it is I uunderstand. After getting my PC it took about a 3-4 days to get everything running perfectly as my windows key was not put in, my windows was in a older version causing my audio drivers to not work properly which took about 4 hours to fix, and getting the current version of windows to download took a few installs and Uninstalls of different updates to get everything to work 100%. Although this was frustrating, now that I've worked out my issues I absolutely love my PC, it's ridiculously fast, handles everything I can throw at it so far and it looks beautiful too. Apex customer support is by far some of the best customer service I have ever encountered and were extremely quick, clear and concise in their responses. Overall I would definitely recommend buying a PC through them and will definitely use them if I ever buy another PC.

I have a couple gripes with these pcs. I feel as though they are very overpriced. A 1tb hard drive does not cost $70. the Hyper 212 evo does not cost $60. the difference in price between a ryzen 7 3700x and a ryzen 5 3600 is about $130, so I don't know why it costs $230 to upgrade from a 3600 to a 3700x. Also, with the overclocking aspect; you can charge for it, but it does not guarantee 20% extra performance. The silicon lottery is real. You can save a lot of money by spending a couple hours to do research its not my money. If you don't want to do it yourself, these are alright. These are trying times right now in terms of graphics cards. The graphics cards in these pcs are priced pretty well, but everything else is overpriced.

This Streamer/Vanquish Build does just what I need and better than I could have imagined. For my first ACTUAL gaming PC, I am glad I chose Apex to build my Battle Station...which I have continued to make my own. The wait was a little longer than I anticipated, but oh so worth it!!! Can’t wait to start making upgrades!

The PC came very neat and professional I was blown away buy the attention to detail on everything. Some of the upgrades are a bit over priced but I understand they have to make money. I bought the pc and it worked fine and still works but can only run 60hz the top hdmi port does not work same with the two USB ports
The bottom hdmi port works but will only run 60hz is there a way to fix this I bought my pc around Christmas and just got a 144hz Monitor and new hdmi cable and still does not work what is wrong with the top hdmi port?

Apex was awesome. This was my first time buying a computer from them and I am very pleased! I bought the Vanquish, and it has been such a substantial upgrade from console gaming, I don’t think I can ever go back!

I order the Apex Vanquish March 12th and recieved it March 27th. I would have recieved on the 21st, but there was a problem that was not due to Apex Gaming. The PC is in pristine condition, has no bloatware, includes an Intel i5 8400, GTX 1660 ti, 16gb RAM, 120GB SSD with windows Pro (inactivated), 1.8 terabytes HDD (usable). The PC was originally more customizable when I ordered it, but now seems to only have one buying option. Thus, your system WILL differ. So far, this PC is amazing and runs all current games on high at atleast 60fps at 1080p, although any games released in 2018 or earlier will run much faster than this. Still, even several games released in 2019 run at over 100 frames per second on max settings (such as apex legends). Overall, this is a very potent gaming PC in 2019.
